These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Fundalizo web platform (fundalizo.com), owned by Fundalizo S.R.L., with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71654321-9. By accessing and using this platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Nature of the service
Fundalizo is an educational platform that offers informational content and tools aimed at improving users' financial literacy. All published content is strictly educational and informational in nature. Fundalizo does not provide financial services, does not operate as a banking entity or stockbroker, and is not registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) or the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).
2. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the platform in compliance with current Argentine legislation and these Terms and Conditions. The following is expressly prohibited: disseminating false or misleading information; reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating content without express authorization; reverse engineering or attempting to access the platform's source code; using automated data extraction mechanisms; and any use that may damage or impair the normal operation of the platform.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fundalizo S.R.L. or its licensors, and is protected by Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties. Total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.

The educational materials published on Fundalizo do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Financial decisions made by the user based on information provided by the platform are their sole responsibility. Fundalizo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of published information. Mentioned returns are potential and risk-adjusted; past results do not guarantee future results.
5. Limitation of liability
