At Fundalizo (hereinafter, "the Platform"), with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, and Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71654321-9, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its regulatory decree 1558/2001, and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Personal data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you interact with our platform: full name provided in contact forms, email address, content of messages sent through our forms, browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent), and cookies and similar technologies as detailed in our Cookie Policy. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 2 of Law 25,326.
2. Purpose of processing
The personal data collected is used exclusively to: respond to inquiries made through our contact forms; improve the browsing experience on the platform; compile anonymous usage statistics; send communications related to our educational services (only with prior consent); and comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force in the Argentine Republic.

4. Rights of data subjects
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months (Art. 14, Law 25,326); request the rectification, updating, or deletion of your data; object to the processing of your data for certain purposes; and request the confidentiality of your data. The AAIP, as the oversight body of Law 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those affected in their rights.
5. Storage and security
Your personal data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We implement data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging of access to personal data, and security incident response procedures in accordance with AAIP Resolution 47/2018.
6. International data transfers
If your data is transferred to jurisdictions outside the Argentine Republic, we ensure that such jurisdictions offer adequate levels of protection in accordance with AAIP Provision 60-E/2016, or that the necessary contractual guarantees are implemented to safeguard your rights.
7. Retention period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and in any case for a maximum period of two (2) years from your last interaction with the platform, unless a legal obligation requires its retention for a longer period.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Any substantial changes will be communicated through the platform at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
